Our Mission
We think of independent and local business as a thriving alternative to the norm, and not as secondary or dubious. The COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated that it isn’t only the monopolizing conglomerates which are creative and modern enough to prosper during difficult times, but that independent culture and businesses are essential to the maintenance of every neighborhood.
As a family, we have always appreciated the capabilities of human hands over mass production, and mainstream trends. From hand sewn garments to single-source coffees, we believe that independent and local businesses deserve the exposure to be available to every culture, background, financial liquidity status, and geographical location.
Our goal is to empower local business to modernize and expand their reach, and to build a network for these businesses to thrive. That is, in a local sense and without having to change anything in particular to appeal to the large marketing and e-commerce conglomerates.
We are NOIRMRKT, tasteful curators of local goods with business exposure mediums and tools to help your shop(s) grow.
